Recap of 2014 and the Future

2014 has been a crazy year. It has most definitely had its ups and downs. This year on the blog we visited 29 different places and rode 146 separate times, for a total of 1,239 miles on the bicycle. We learned a ton about local history. We've dealt with suicide and have found comic relief in child 911 callers. We lost a family pet, but delivered 2 babies. We went to the Lorain County Fair for a rip roarin' good time and visited Oktoberfest for beer and Wiener Dog Races. We had ice dumped on our heads and attended a blast of a wedding. We became motorized with Betty and Luna and tried out kayaking for the first time.

The blog was changed numerous times to keep up to date with the change in post content and will probably be changed again at some point in the future (because I am incapable of making up my mind). This was only some of the topics touched on in "Lorain County Life" in 2014 and I am thankful for the amount of people that actually seem interested in the blog.

So what is in store for 2015?

In 2015 we will visit more places and learn more history. More experiences will be had at work and at home. Road trips to nowhere on the motorcycles and (hopefully) a vacation will be taken. Best of all, there will now be videos in the posts to break up some of the pictures.

Thanks for making 2014 great at "Lorain County Life" and I hope everyone has a happy new year.

So until next year, explore something!
