A Walk in the Park

Today Elizabeth and I took a small road trip to the Wellington Reservoir while Sarah hosted some sort of "sell fancy stuff" party. At first I did not know where to go, but then I remembered this Metro Park and thought it would be a good place to check out. Let me tell you though, going to a park with the trail next to the water at dusk in 85 degree heat is a bad idea. One word, bugs. But even with the constant buzzing of miscellaneous pesky insects we still had a nice time.

Memorial Day 2018

After an eventful night last night we went over my parent's house to have a memorial day cookout and retrieve our child. It was an extremely hot had muggy day so our cookout was more of a cook-in. Anyway, I got some pictures of the day.

Joel's Birthday in Kent

For Joel's birthday Andrea surprised him with tickets to the Alan Cox Show Comedy Tour and we all tagged along. Me, Sarah, Travis, Elizabeth, Andrea, Joel and Natalie all loaded into Randy's car and headed toward the college town of Kent to the Kent Stage for the show. Before hand we got food at BW3's (no pictures). Oh, did I mention that we had a babysitter (my parents)!

My 29th Birthday Weekend

This past weekend was my 29th Birthday. Between family and friends it ended up being a three day event and afterward I was pooped. I guess I'm not as young as I once was! On Thursday we attended the Third Thursday Music Festival in Vermilion with both of our families. Then on Friday we went out to dinner with my parents and then on Saturday we had friends over for what was supposed to be a bonfire, but turned into game night inside when it was rained out. Then on Sunday Andrea and Joel had their housewarming party. It was a weekend o' fun. Here are some pictures.

Cody and Nikki's Wedding

On Saturday Sarah's cousin Cody got married. It was a good time and all the younger cousins had a blast with each other. I'm sure there are a lot of pictures floating around, but here are some that I took of the Immediate family at the wedding.
