Our first stop on our Amish country visit was the Farmstead Restaurant in downtown Berlin. This is probably one of the more popular restaurants in the area, frequented by Amish and tourists alike.

Amish Country (Part 1)

This past weekend my wife Sarah and I decided to get away from our everyday lives and go live in a tree house in Amish Country. I had never been to Amish Country before, even with it being only about an hour and a half away, and my wife had only been there in her youth (because we are old people now).

Ohio has the largest population of Amish people in the entire world, followed closely by Pennsylvania, and although I still don't really get why someone would want to live their lives perpetually in 1695, I respect them for doing it. No Netflix though? Really?

So months after my wife got me my saddlebags for the motorcycle I finally was able to get them put on. It was not easy, but it will be worth it when I need to store things on rides. I apologize ahead of time for the poor picture quality, low lighting.

International Motorcycle Show

Sarah and I visited the Motorcycle show at the I.X. Center last Saturday and met up with Andrea and Alex. We figured it was sort of an inauguration into the club. Here are some pictures from the show.
