A Tale of Three Christmases

Christmas is always a little hectic. Trying to spend time with two sides of the family is hard enough on its own, but when you work night shift it is even harder to get to family functions (you know, because of sleep). This year was especially hard sleep wise, but I wouldn't have traded it for the world. We decided to split Christmas into three days so that we weren't so rushed. On the first day Sarah and I would have Christmas at our house. On Christmas Eve we spent time at my parent's house and on Christmas Day we went to her grandmother's. Here are some pictures from our three days of festivities.

Trip to Seattle (Part 2)

After we checked out Pike Place Market we headed over to the Space Needle to see what everything looked like from above, and let me tell you, it was cool and it was cold!

Whoa.

Trip to Seattle (Part 1)

One of my closest friends Aaron from high school got married last weekend and I was lucky enough to play a part in the ceremony. He asked me to be a groomsman and of course I couldn't refuse, so Sarah and I bought our plane tickets to Seattle, Washington right away.We decided to room with another groomsman and his fiancee, Travis and Elizabeth, whom are also friends of ours.

On Friday around 8am we left our house for the airport. The trip ended up being pretty amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the weekend, but I digress. Join me as we explore Seattle and the Great Northwest!

Ready to go with her no caffeine, froo froo pregnancy tea!

The Tiniest Heartbeat

Yesterday my wife had her first baby appointment. We were ushered into this small exam room with a big screen TV and a bunch of expensive looking equipment (all of which I wanted to play with) to see the first pictures of our child. Before we knew it the images were projected on the screen.

I can see the resemblance already.
