Moving and Looking Back

The past week has been spent moving in and setting up our new house in Elyria. With the help of multiple movers and a dog sitter we were actually able to get everything moved over in just a single day. In the midst of setting up and cleaning our new house I ran back over to the condo for one final walk through and one final project. I call it the Condo Memories Project (mainly because I could not think of a better name). I took our pictures from the past and placed them over current shots of the empty home.

Like our first Christmas.

Mother's Day...
....and jewelry parties (I was not a part of this).
Birthdays...

....and even Fred.
Memories of the Wiener...
...and the not-so-wiener....
...and our niece with a wiener.
Memories of new cars...
...and motorcycles.

Random margarita days!
Selfies...
...and coloring.
Preparing for camping.
Preparing for bike rides.
Preparing for marriage.

Coming home from our honeymoon.
Memories of dog sitting...
...and of dog holding.

Memories of babysitting....

...and napping....
...and sometimes cooking!

...but eventually as time goes by we grow, and in growing things change. But the memories will always stay with us. Memories of happy times and of sad times. Times of struggle and times of perseverance. As we move into our new home and someone else comes to live in our old one, we will always remember the moments we shared there and will cherish the moments to come.

I proposed to Sarah here.

Thanks for reading.
