Motorcycle Class (Part 1)

That's right, "Mike on a Bike" is going motorized and today was my first Basic Rider Course with Motorcycle Ohio.

Cue "Flight of the Bumblebees".

Day 1 was very dull. The whole class consisted of the students reading out of the handbook, which was almost identical to the one we already had to read to get our temporary permit and something that could have easily been done at home. I was never good at sitting still and learning out of a book so this was torturous for me. If there is one silver lining to day one it is that I now know for certain that I will never return to school.

"Homework"

After 4 hours of reading the book out loud like 3rd graders we were then assigned homework. We were given a 50 question open-book test that, due to my attention span being next to nothing, took me almost another 3 hours to complete. The next two classes consist of actually riding the bikes, so hopefully the posts that follow will be more interesting, that is if I live to write them.
