Burnham Orchards

It's that time of the year. The days are getting colder and shorter. Everything is Pumpkin or Apple flavored, and the orchards are packed with people wanting to participate in Fall activities, like us!

Fun Fact: Did you know that the term "Fall" comes from the English phrase "Fall of the Leaves" and                  was shortened once in the United States? The more you know.

Anyway, here are some pictures from our trip to Burnham Orchards in Berlin Heights.

Elizabeth is ready to go!

There was a festival also going on.
Sarah, Andrea, Andrèa, Amy, Elizabeth Carter, and Greg somewhere in front.
Elizabeth loved picking apples.

She also loved eating them.

She kept falling behind because every time she saw an apple on the ground she had to stop and say "Uh Oh!"
Andrèa swatting something out of Sarah's hair or something.
Chillin' on a tractor while Elizabeth eats yet another apple.
"I'm going to try to eat that next!"
Family photo.
I don't know how I managed to actually get this shot.
The apple on the left has an arm.
"I can reach!"
"See. Told ya." Definitely some behind the scenes magic happening here.
"Okay, time to go."
One last glamour shot of Ol' Smoky in her natural habitat.
Thanks for looking!
