Our First Camping Trip!

So in case you have been living under a rock...or Antarctica, there has been a pandemic. Coronavirus had basically shut down the entire world and therefore we really haven't done too much over the past few months, but that all changed a couple of days ago. The ban was lifted on campgrounds and we took our first camping trip with our newest family member, Maggie! Maggie is a 6 year old English Mastiff, and yes, she is huge! Here are some pictures of our trip to Mohican State Park.

Meet Maggie!
When we first got to the campsite a massive storm came through, so we were stuck inside for a bit.
William was enjoying himself.
The whole gang and a blurry Elizabeth.
The storm took down whole trees in some areas and even wiped out a couple of campers. We got lucky.
The river was super high after the storm.
Elizabeth loved splashing in the river. (and every puddle she could find)
Maggie got a drink also.
William hanging out in his Mommy Pack.
Back at the campground.
Maggie was chillin'.
Elizabeth and William playing by the fire.
The next morning we made bacon on our outside stove!
William supervised from a distance.
Elizabeth was busy with her baby.
After breakfast we came back inside and William hung out in his bed.
He enjoyed the view.
Later on we went for a bike ride with the kids in tow.
It was a good ending to our trip.
Everyone got tucked into their beds (including Elizabeth and her tablet, ugh).
Then Sarah and I sat by the fire one last time.
We learned a lot on this trip, not only about our camper (we got pooped on by the "black tank"), but also about how to plan for the next one. It was a great time and we can't wait to experience it again (without the poop).

P.S. Minnie was also here, she just spent most of the time in the camper.

Thanks for reading.
