Independence Day Camping Trip

This 4th of July we went camping down at Twin Lakes Campground (formerly Clare-Mar Lakes) down in Huntington Township. It went a lot smoother than our last camping trip (no poop problems) and the kids had a blast swimming in the lake.

Our campsite was much more graded than last time. Had to use all our stabilizing and leveling equipment.
Elizabeth with her flag.
Minnie exploring the campsite.
Sarah's family and Andrea hanging around the fire on the 4th.
The best picture of the family we could get.
William in his baby jail...I mean Pack-n-Play.
Good morning!
William liked his fan.
Breakfast in the camper today.
Biscuits and gravy smiles!
Today we went swimming.
William really enjoyed it.
Happy baby!
Tired after a long day of swimming.
One last look at the lake before heading back to the camper.
Fire! For some reason we did not have a ring, so I could make them bigger.
The dogs slept in on the last day.

Look at those teefers.
Camping is hard.
After another day of swimming Elizabeth played on the playground by the lake.
A dusty Olive.
Minnie soaking in the last of the evening sun.
The next day we got a jump start on packing everything up and actually left on time. We went to the dump station at the exit and everything went according to plan.

Our next trip will be to Pennsylvania to visit Teresa, unless we get shut down again from the Coronavirus.

Thanks for reading.
