[EXPLORE] Cincinnati (Part 3)

Our adventure concluded with an impromptu visit to the Newport, Kentucky Italian Festival. The venue for the festival ran along the riverside and overlooked downtown Cincinnati. It was a really cool location and event.

Vendors galore!

Sarah and I in front of the cannoli stand.
Me with a cannoli. That smile is a fat kid smile.
Your standard festival stands.
In one of the tents there were a bunch of old Italian family photos.
Me next to the motherland.
There was even a band that was playing modern music, but singing it in Italian.
The festival from atop the hill.
Another angle.
We then walked into what appeared to be a mall that extended outside. It was called Newport on the Levee and was filled with restaurants, stores, and a movie theater. I did not get many pictures there ad much of it was closed up by this time.

Sign in front of the outdoor shopping area.
The misses waiting for the valet to bring around the Benz.....no really...
We then went back to the real car and made our way home through the storms. All in all it was a very fun filled trip and I am sure we will visit the "Queen City" again someday.

Thanks for reading!
